Gabriele Silvestri

Gabriele Silvestri nasce a Capri (Na) il 21 Aprile del 1998. 
Sin da tenera età è affascinato dalla musica e a soli 6 anni inizia a studiare pianoforte e solfeggio. Gli studi dello strumento durano per 12 anni, durante i quali egli si è avvicinato anche ad un altro settore della musica, quello del “DJing”.

All’età di 11 anni gli viene regalata la sua prima consolle, con la quale trascorrerà ore ed ore a sperimentare ed imparare. Inizia a suonare ai primi eventi, quali compleanni di amici o feste private, facendosi apprezzare per la sua creatività e dedizione.

Nel 2016, appena compiuti di 18 anni, decide di fare le cose sul serio ed iniziare la sua attività in maniera professionale, organizzando anche numerosi eventi sull’isola di Capri nei quali oltre a ricoprire la figura di organizzatore e promoter, ricopre anche il ruolo di DJ. 
Col passare del tempo Gabriele Silvestri suona sempre a più eventi privati iniziando a farsi conoscere ed esponendo il suo stile musicale, coinvolgente ed accattivante.
Nel 2018 inizia la sua carriera come DJ RESIDENT presso una discoteca isolana, il VV CLUB, tappa fissa di numerosi VIPs durante le loro vacanze estive.

Nel 2019, decide di avvicinarsi alla produzione musicale. Il suo genere è principalmente influenzato da sonorità provenienti dal sound degli anni ’70 / ’80 e da generi come la French House, Jackin’ House e Indie Dance e Tech House.
Nel 2020 pubblica il suo primo EP, “Change of Scenery”.
Successivamente, inizi 2021 pubblica diversi brani attraverso varie etichette musicali quali Jaywork Music, Goodlife Records, Possession Records e GLERX Records.
Contemporaneamente, realizza diversi remix, edits e mashups, utilizzati poi da vari djs durante i loro sets.
Nel 2022 produce per la nota etichetta tech-house “blanc” un remix di “Maldito Alchool” by Pitbull, il quale in pochi mesi supera i 100.000 streams e viene suonato in svariati club in giro per il mondo.
Inoltre, in collaborazione con l’artista Fly Project, rilascia un official remix di “Musica”.

Gabriele Silvestri was born in Capri (Naples, Italy) on April 21, 1998.
From an early age, he was fascinated by music. At the age of six he began studying piano and music theory and he continued studying for 12 years during which time he began dabbling in the art of “deejaying.”

At 11 years old, he was given his first console, on which he would spend hours and hours experimenting and learning. His first “public” events began with family parties and small, private events, all of which enhancing his love of music and desire to create.

In 2016 when he turned 18, Gabriele decided to begin his professional music career and started his own business. This included organising numerous events on the island of Capri. Not only was he the event coordinator and promoter, but he also occupied the role of “DJ. Over time, Gabriele began playing at larger, private events. This allowed him to make a name for himself and expose more audiences to his own unique and captivating style.
In 2018 he began his career as a resident DJ at the renowned VV CLUB nightclub, a well known and regular stop for many VIPs during their summer holidays on Capri.

In 2019 Silvestri began producing his own music as well. His style is influenced by disco sounds from the 70s and 80s and genres such as French House, Jackin’ House, Indie Dance, and Tech-House.
In 2020 he released his first EP, “Change of Scenery”.
Subsequently, in early 2021 he released several tracks through various music labels such as Jaywork Music, Goodlife Records, Possession Records, GLERX Records. He also created several remixes, edits and mashups which various DJs from around the world use in their music-sets.
In 2022 he released through the well-known tech house label “blanc” a remix of “Maldito Alchool” by Pitbull, which in a few months exceeds 100.000 streams and is played in various clubs around the world.
Furthermore, in collaboration with the artist Fly Project he releases an official remix of “Musica”
